# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté for 3 minutes until translucent.
03 - Add diced ham, cook for 2 minutes. Stir in chopped spinach and cherry tomatoes; continue cooking until spinach is wilted, about 1 minute.
04 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, whole milk, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme. Stir in half the shredded Swiss cheese.
05 - Pour the egg mixture evenly over ham and vegetables in the skillet. Sprinkle remaining Swiss cheese on top.
