# Ingredients list:

→ Lucky Charms Bark

01 - 14 oz white chocolate chips or candy melts
02 - 1.5 cups Lucky Charms cereal, marshmallows separated if desired
03 - 0.5 cup green candy melts, optional for drizzle
04 - Green sprinkles or edible glitter, optional

→ Board Components

05 - 1 cup mini pretzels
06 - 1 cup green grapes
07 - 1 cup green apple slices
08 - 1 cup gold-wrapped chocolate coins
09 - 0.5 cup green jelly beans or gummies
10 - 1 cup pistachios or mixed nuts
11 - 1 cup shortbread cookies
12 - 0.5 cup rainbow candies such as Skittles or M&Ms
13 - 0.5 cup marshmallows
14 - 1 cup chocolate-dipped strawberries, optional with green tint or green drizzle

# Steps:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl using 20-second intervals with stirring between each interval until smooth. Pour melted chocolate onto prepared sheet and spread evenly to approximately 0.25 inch thickness.
02 - Sprinkle Lucky Charms cereal and marshmallows evenly over the white chocolate. Melt green candy melts if using and drizzle over bark. Add green sprinkles or edible glitter as desired.
03 - Allow bark to set at room temperature or refrigerate for 30 minutes until completely firm. Once set, break into serving-size pieces.
04 - Position Lucky Charms bark pieces at the center or focal point of a large serving platter or board. Arrange remaining treats around the bark including pretzels, grapes, apple slices, chocolate coins, jelly beans, nuts, cookies, rainbow candies, marshmallows, and strawberries. Group similar colors and shapes for visual appeal.
05 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to present. Ensure board is at cool room temperature before serving.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The Lucky Charms bark is genuinely addictive, especially when that white chocolate hits your tongue and the marshmallows give you a subtle gooey surprise.
  • A treats board is the kind of recipe that looks like you spent hours in the kitchen but honestly takes less time than a sitcom episode.
  • Everyone finds something they love on the board, so you're basically the hero without much effort.
02 -
  • If your white chocolate seizes up while melting, don't panic; add a tiny bit of coconut oil or cocoa butter (not milk or water) and it usually comes back to life.
  • The cereal becomes way less crispy if you let the board sit uncovered for hours, so keep it covered until serving time and it'll stay surprisingly crunchy.
03 -
  • Make the Lucky Charms bark the day before if you're nervous about timing; it keeps well in an airtight container and tastes exactly the same when you assemble the board.
  • If you're assembling this more than two hours before guests arrive, cover it loosely with plastic wrap so dust stays off and crackers stay crispy.
