# Steps:
01 - In a mixing bowl, combine the grape Jello powder with 1 cup boiling water. Stir thoroughly until fully dissolved, then mix in 1 cup cold water.
02 - Pour roughly 2 tablespoons of the prepared purple Jello into the base of each clear cup. Refrigerate for 30–40 minutes, or until the layer is firm.
03 - Prepare and layer blue, green, yellow, orange, and red Jello in order, repeating the dissolving and chilling process for each flavor. Allow every layer to set fully before adding the next, chilling for 30–40 minutes per layer.
04 - After the final layer is set, top each cup generously with whipped cream and finish with rainbow sprinkles, as desired.
